Almost Spring Break!
Spring Break is probably the best part of any Spring Semester. It is the Christmas of Fall Semester! Only 4 days away, however, I know as soon as it comes it'll be over just as quick. Whenever we get back though, only 8 weeks until the end of this semester, and then one more year until I am out in the real world! It's funny how the first two years of school you don't have too much concern for money. Freshman year I went to Niagara Falls for my 19th birthday, and last year, my roomates from Penn State and I went to Florida! Those were the good days! Now that I know how expensive life really is, and being so close to having a real life, I will spend my Spring Break working... how fun.

I agree! Slippery Rock is my 4th school, yes you read that correctly, fourth! I used to live it up during spring break with my friends. This is the first time I am living away from home and I realize that the bills do not stop coming. I sometimes find that working while going to school can be a good balance of time. The opportunity to go to work sometimes takes my mind off of the stressors of my school work.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for spring break too. Leading up to this point we were so busy with classes. I'm so glad the time is finally here that we don't have to worry about school work for an entire week. I couldn't be more excited about one of our classes ending. My life will be so much less stressful. Can't wait to see you when I get back... oh and by the way,

I agree! Going back to class is sometimes more of a break than spring break because you take advantage of all of your extra free time to make some extra moola. I'm looking forward to graduation as my "break," when I stop working 7 days a week!
